Family Estate Home (c1929)

Extensive renovation/extension to a (1929) estate home which includes tennis court, pool, and fully landscaped gardens.

This home has been in the same family for over 80 years. During this time, the house had undergone several renovations (in the 1970’s, 80’s, 90’s), with the end result being ‘a bit of a mish-mash’.  The clients’ brief to Woodridge was to “re-build the home so we can’t tell where the original house ends and the new starts”.  Woodridge achieved this goal by bringing back the original glory of the home.
