Woodridge offers a total turn-key solution for clients including pools and landscaping.

The main advantage of your Builder managing the pool and landscaping, is obtaining all permits at once and an efficient construction schedule, especially with regards to excavation and concrete.  It’s cleaner to ‘work you way out’ of a site from the beginning, rather than come back after the house is built to start a pool with possible restricted access and after the core works are complete. We work collaboratively with the Architect and Landscape Designer so all parties’ input is respected and valued.
